Yoga came to me at a very young age.
I was working through some personal obstacles when I started to attend a studio 45 mins from my house.
It started out as 1 or 2 practices a week until I found myself there everyday. Different styles, different teachers, different people that I've met over time all started to shape the "why" I was there.
I have been teaching yoga for 12 years. It is my passion and I feel Yoga is whatever we need it to be, physically and or mentally.
