Service Description
Medicals can be completed with our Nurse Practitioner Megan Yates. If you have a class A, B, C, D, E, and F commercial license, or are applying for one, a medical report is required:
Under age 46: every 5 years;
Ages 46-64: every 3 years;
65 and over: every year.
Receipt of payment is offered for tax claims.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings made on line are encouraged. Even so, walk-ins are accepted depending on service availability.
Rescheduling or cancelling a previously made appointment is permitted penalty-free if done more than 24 hours in advance.
