Service Description
Nurse Practitioner Megan Yates will curate a program for healthy, sustainable weight loss. This initial consultation includes a lab requisition when appropriate.
Subsequent appointments, including prescription renewals and check-ins, can be scheduled over the phone or in person. Megan is available at HM Day Spa Thursdays from 12:00-4:00.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings made on line are encouraged. Even so, walk-ins are accepted depending on service availability.
Rescheduling or cancelling a previously made appointment is permitted penalty-free if done more than 24 hours in advance. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price.
