Service Description

Medicals can be completed with our Nurse Practitioner Megan Yates. If you have a class A, B, C, D, E, and F commercial license, or are applying one, you need to submit a medical report every 5 years – under the age of 46, every 3 years – 46-64, and every year age 65 and over. Receipt of payment is offered for tax claims.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings made on line are encouraged. Even so, walk-ins are accepted depending on service availability. Rescheduling or cancelling a previously made appointment is permitted penalty free if done more than 24 hours in advance.
