Empower Hour - Our journey together begins here in this one-hour session. We'll dive into your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle habits, and personal journey to create a clear picture of your unique goals. This supportive, judgment-free conversation is where we’ll craft an initial plan tailored to your needs.​ Check in - In this 30 minute follow-up, we’ll assess your progress, celebrate your wins, and refine your plan as needed. We’ll dive deeper into how your body is responding to the changes and make adjustments to keep you on track toward your goals.​​ Meal plans are delivered weekly are personalized to help you address specific concerns and meet your goals while taking into account food preferences, sensitivities and time management. Meal plans come with recipes, grocery shopping lists and a breakdown of the benefits of the ingredients. Macros and calories are also listed at the top of each day. Email support is available through the week for questions regarding the plan.
